Sidley Represents Sequence in Its US$7.5 Million Series Seed Extension Financing

Sidley represented Sequence Fintech, Inc., a developer of an autopilot cockpit for personal and small business finance interactions, in its US$7.5 million Series Seed extension funding round. The round, led by Aleph VC and Emerge Ventures with support from ICON and other prominent investors, brings Sequence’s total funding to US$14.5 million.

The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser and Graeme Waller (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital); and included David Chriki and Amy Rosales (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital, M&A).
