Biography
AMY ROSALES focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate transactional work, including assisting companies with venture capital and private equity financings, general formation, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Amy earned her J.D. from the University of California, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, she served as an in-house legal intern for a publicly traded Silicon Valley-based technology company, and on the Legal Education Opportunity Program (LEOP) Admissions Committee.
Amy earned her B.A. from Barnard College of Columbia University in American Studies.
