Sidley Advises Kroll on Proposed Acquisition of Madison Pacific

Sidley is advising Kroll, a prominent independent provider of global financial and risk advisory solutions, in relation to their proposed acquisition of Madison Pacific from Vistra Group. 

This strategic partnership will establish Kroll’s Agency and Trustee Services practice in the Asia Pacific region. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
