Sidley is representing Apollo-managed funds and affiliates in connection with the launch of TenFifty Capital, a new, European-focused commercial real estate lending platform led by industry veteran Hugh Fraser, TenFifty’s founder and CEO. The platform, launched in alliance with Apollo, targets the small- and mid-market space and involves a senior, pan-European team that invests in core markets across the continent and the UK.
TenFifty aims to originate €1 billion to €2 billion of loans during the first year, focusing on senior secured lending to a mid-cap market segment that is structurally underserved.
The Sidley team is led by Kaisa Kuusk and Tanya Indisova, working with Jagata Swaminathan and Silvia Maglio (M&A and Private Equity). The broader cross-practice core team includes Tania Bedi, Nicholas Schwartz, Daniele Bossola, Alena Thomas, and Rowena McCaughan (Global Finance); Steve Quinn, Peter Edgerton, Ellie Verran, and Ryan Power (Tax); and Taniel Akay (Capital Markets).
