Sidley Represents Novo Holdings in Its Investment in Blue Planet Environmental Solutions

Sidley advised Novo Holdings, a leading global life sciences and sustainability investor, on its investment in Blue Planet Environmental Solutions, an integrated waste management platform operating across India, Southeast Asia, the UK, and New Zealand.

The transaction advances Novo Holdings’ Planetary Health strategy, supporting scalable technologies and business models that drive circularity, resource efficiency, and sustainable environmental outcomes.

Blue Planet is a fast-growing platform specializing in waste valorization, with capabilities spanning landfill reclamation, municipal and industrial waste processing, recycling, energy recovery, biofuels, and e-waste management. The investment will enable Blue Planet to accelerate growth across its core markets, enhance operational synergies, and expand its leadership in sustainable waste management across Asia and beyond.
