Sidley Represents Apollo on its Strategic Investment in vVARDIS

Sidley is representing funds managed by Apollo (“Apollo Funds”) on their strategic minority investment in vVARDIS Holding AG (“vVARDIS”), a high-growth Swiss dental medtech company focused on non-invasive treatment solutions.

vVARDIS announced the investment alongside achieving unicorn status, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth trajectory and underscoring strong investor confidence in its innovative technology and global expansion strategy.

Headquartered in Switzerland, vVARDIS is a pioneer in advanced oral healthcare solutions, including its flagship Curodont™ technology, a drill-free treatment for early stage tooth decay. The company has experienced rapid commercial expansion, driven by strong adoption of its products and increasing global demand for preventative and non-invasive dental care.

The investment from Apollo Funds will support vVARDIS’ continued international expansion and the further development and commercialization of its product portfolio, building on prior funding that has accelerated the global rollout of its technologies.
