Sidley represented J.S. Held, LLC, a global consulting firm, in acquisitions of Clark Seif Clark and CMM, LLP. Clark Seif Clark is an environmental consulting and industrial hygiene firm, and CMM is a forensic accounting and litigation consulting firm. Through these acquisitions, J.S. Held will expand its financial disputes, industrial hygiene, and environmental health and safety capabilities.
