Sidley Advises Gulf Partners Group on its US$100 Million Cross-Border Term Loan to NinjaTrader

Sidley represented Gulf Partners Group (GPG), a management-led investment firm backed by Arzan Financial Group, one of the region’s leading financial institutions and publicly listed on Boursa Kuwait, in connection with a US$100 million cross-border term loan to NinjaTrader, LLC, a U.S.-based financial technology, future trading and brokerage company, and certain of its affiliates.

The financing represents GPG’s inaugural private credit investment and marks an important milestone in the firm’s expansion into the global private credit market.

The transaction involved complex cross-border financing, regulatory, and structuring considerations across multiple jurisdictions.
