Sidley Represents Grupo Comercial Chedraui and Chedraui USA in US$300 Million Refinancing

Sidley represented Grupo Comercial Chedraui, S.A.B. de C.V. and certain of its subsidiaries, including Chedraui USA, Inc., in connection with a US$300 million refinancing facility. The refinancing supports the companies’ ongoing strategic and operational objectives and reinforces their long-term financing platform.

The Sidley team represented the loan parties in the refinancing transaction. The team was led by Mark Metts (Corporate) and Karen Goldstein (Global Finance), with significant support from Caroline Roberts (Global Finance).
