Sidley Represents Sapiom in US$35 Million Series A Financing

Sidley represented Sapiom, Inc. in its US$35 million Series A financing round, bringing the company’s total funding to US$50 million. The round was led by Dragonfly Capital Partners, LLC, with participation from Accel, Gradient Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Operator Collective Management, L.L.C., Formus Capital, and VanEck Ventures.

The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser and Graeme Waller (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital), and included Sara Zokaei and Alexandra Gonzalez (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital); and Jen Fernandez, James Mendenhall, and Lloyd Lyall (Global Arbitration, Trade and Advocacy).
