Alexandra E. Gonzalez

ALEXANDRA GONZALEZ focuses her practice on M&A and private equity transactions.

Alexandra earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she served on the California Law Review as an associate editor and participated in La Alianza. Prior to law school, Alexandra graduated from Rice University with a B.A. in art history.

Since joining the firm, Alexandra has worked on several pro bono matters, including an early stage company’s SAFE financings and a T-Visa Adjustment of Status application process.
