Sidley represented Cymphony, Inc., a provider of an AI governance and security platform, in connection with its US$30 million Series A financing. The round was co-led by Sequoia Capital and SMBC Fin Atlas Beyond Fund.
The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital), and included David Chriki and Amy Rosales (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital); and Michael Lewis and Matthew Katz (Banking, Payments and Fintech).
