Biography
NATALIE KARAM advises clients on capital markets and general corporate and securities matters. She represents issuers, underwriters, and private equity firms on a broad range of securities transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, and exchange offers and other liability management transactions. Natalie also counsels public companies with respect to general corporate and securities law, including SEC compliance and corporate governance.
