Biography
BENJAMIN BOSMANS-VERDONK focuses his practice on a broad range of complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and governance.
Benjamin earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and the recipient of the 2024 “Compleat Lawyer Award.” While in law school, Benjamin played on the Gamecocks men’s basketball team and was named the 2025 “SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year.”
Benjamin earned his undergraduate degree in three years from the University of Illinois, where he played for the Fighting Illini men’s basketball team and won two Big Ten Championships.
