Tyler J. Combest

TYLER COMBEST focuses his practice on tax matters.

Prior to joining Sidley, Tyler worked as a tax associate at a law firm primarily focused on the financial service industry and as an M&A associate at a Big Four accounting organization.

Tyler earned his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation at Georgetown University Law Center. He also received a master's degree and B.S. in accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

This is the third QIP by Brookfield India REIT since its IPO, and Sidley advised Brookfield REIT on all four offerings.
• Apexium Financial in its sale to wealth management firm United Capital Financial Advisors.
• Nice-Pak Products, Inc. in its combination with Vivos Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of Emprise Group Inc.
• Grain & Protein Technologies, a portfolio company of American Industrial Partners, in the cross-border carve-out acquisition of the agribusiness equipment operations of Munters FoodTech.
• Access Healthcare, a leading revenue cycle management technology platform, in its growth investment from affiliates of New Mountain Capital, LLC.
