LUCAS CROSBY handles a variety of real estate transactions, focusing primarily on mortgage and mezzanine financing, leasing, the origination of warehouse lending facilities, and purchase and sale transactions. He works with many different real estate asset types, including multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality, and retail properties.
Lucas has also worked for Public Counsel as part of Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program, where he addressed matters such as homelessness and advancing educational equity for transgender students and students of color.
While in law school, Lucas participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and served as a research assistant for Professor Erik Hovenkamp. He also was a member of USC’s LGBTQ+ student association, and was an executive board member of the USC Peer Mentor Program. As well, Lucas was a recipient of the “Edward and Eleanor Shattuck Award”.
