Biography
BEN FARKAS focuses his practice on securities enforcement and regulation matters, as well as white collar and securities litigation matters. Before joining Sidley, Ben served as an Assistant District Attorney in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where he tried 10 jury trials and handled dozens of evidentiary hearings. Ben previously practiced white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation at the San Francisco office of a national law firm.
