Patrick T. Greeley

PATRICK GREELEY counsels investment firms, private equity funds, real estate companies, and other asset managers on a wide range of complex transactions. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions (with a focus on asset management M&A), joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of interests in private companies, strategic partnerships, platform transactions, and preferred equity investments. Patrick has significant experience with asset management M&A transactions, including both seed and stake transactions and control transactions, advising numerous financial institutions or managers on investments into other private equity entities. Patrick also has extensive experience with corporate real estate transactions, which earned him recognition by Legal 500 U.S. in Real Estate (2020).
