Biography
AJ HARRIS focuses his practice on asset-backed finance and structured finance transactions, including forward flow purchase facilities, senior secured and unsecured credit facilities, warehouse facilities, and other back leverage transactions.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, AJ served as a symposia editor of the Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and an associate editor of the Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal.
