William W. Hendrickson

WILLIAM HENDRICKSON’s practice focuses on energy and infrastructure, as well as finance matters.

William earned his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin Law School. During this time, he served as external chief financial officer of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.

Prior to law school, William graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma, where he received a B.B.A. in energy management and finance.

• Fortress Credit Corp, as administrative agent and lead lender, in connection with Phoenix Capital Group’s US$135 million delayed draw term loan facility and subsequent upsize to US$250 million.
• RailUSA, LLC., as borrower, with respect to a new revolving capital facility with BMO Harris Bank, N.A. as agent.
• A major private credit lender, as administrative agent, in connection with its US$76 million senior secured credit facility with a beauty products company.
