Molly Homann

MOLLY HOMANN represents public and private companies across industries in corporate and transactional matters, including public and private acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and other general corporate matters.

Molly earned her J.D. from Duke University Law School where she served as the Director of Legal Services of the Economic Justice Project and, as a visiting student at Southern Methodist University in the Fall of 2021, Molly was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Harlin Hale of the Northern District of Texas, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Prior to law school, Molly earned a B.A. in international studies from Boston College, where she graduated from the Honors Program, cum laude and on the dean’s list. After graduating from Boston College, she joined Teach for America and taught middle school English and special education.

Molly’s representative experience includes:

• Tenyx, a Palo-Alto based startup and developer of AI-powered voice agents that create natural and engaging conversational experiences, in its sale to Salesforce, a leading cloud-based CRM software.
• Raising Cane’s Restaurants, LLC in the issuance of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 9.375% senior notes.
• Apollo Global Management in the acquisition of Credit Suisse’s Securitized Products Group (SPG).
• Specialty Dental Brands (“SDB”), a dental support organization, in connection with an investment by TSG Consumer Partners (“TSG”), a private equity firm.
• Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.- and TA Associates-backed Kofax, a supplier of Intelligent Automation software for digital workflow transformation, in its acquisition of Ephesoft Inc.
• Nova Labs, Inc., a pioneer of decentralized wireless communications that launched the core technologies powering the Helium Network, in its acquisition of FreedomFi Inc.
• Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in its acquisition of Kofax in partnership with TA Associates from Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm.
