JAMES HORNER focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes.
Prior to joining Sidley, James was a law clerk to the Honorable David S. Tatel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the Honorable Alison J. Nathan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
