
Biography
CHRISTINE KARAOGLANIAN is a litigator focusing on commercial litigation and disputes and matters involving antitrust and competition.
Prior to joining Sidley, Christine participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program with Public Counsel’s impact litigation team, Opportunity Under Law, where she worked on litigation relating to the constitutional rights of foster youth in California and the educational rights of public school students.
During law school, Christine served as vice president of the Armenian Law Students Association, a research assistant, a teaching assistant, a legal intern at a boutique entertainment agency, and a law school tutor. Before law school, she worked as a production manager for multiple major entertainment companies.
Christine is fluent in Armenian.

Representative Matters
- LA Sports Partners, LLC, owner of the Los Angeles Sparks, in litigation against former owners alleging lifetime ticket rights under a franchise purchase agreement, securing dismissal of statutory claims and summary judgment on the remaining breach of contract claim, resulting in a complete victory.
