Robert J. Kelly

ROBERT KELLY’s practice focuses on complex intellectual property, technology and commercial transactions. His practice also includes e-commerce and privacy matters. Bob joined the firm in 2001 and is a member of its Technology and Life Sciences Transactions practice.

Bob provides companies practical, business oriented advice on sophisticated intellectual technology matters, including software development and licensing, technology systems acquisition, cloud computing and Internet-based software-as-a-service agreements. He has deep experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, especially with respect to the acquisition, development and licensing of mobile handsets, mobile software applications and related services. He represents a leading mobile telecommunications carrier and a big four audit firm.

Bob also represents companies ranging from consumer product manufacturers to product packaging suppliers on a wide variety of commercial agreements including sales and distribution, procurement, dealership, service, outsourcing, manufacturing and supply, marketing, consulting, sponsorship, equipment finance, inventory finance and similar agreements.
