Biography
DEREK KNIGHT focuses his practice on advising buy-side clients with respect to trading documentation for derivatives including ISDA Master Agreements, uncleared margin rules (UMR) compliant agreements, futures agreements, and custody agreements. He also regularly advises clients with respect to Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Act.
While attending Brooklyn Law School, Derek received the Donald W. Matheson Memorial Prize and the Phillip K. Younge Memorial Prize in 2022.

- Presidio Production in the US$350 million investment grade refinancing of its prior asset-backed securitization (ABS), issued in two investment grade tranches: $175 million of 5.902% Class A-1 notes and $175 million of 6.717% Class A-2 notes.
