Biography
JOEL LAM represents both issuers and underwriters on equity and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, high yield and investment grade bond offerings, and equity-linked offerings. Joel also advises on liability management exercises and restructurings. He has experience with Hong Kong, Indian, PRC, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and other Southeast Asian issuers.
Earlier in his career, Joel was seconded to HSBC Hong Kong for 9 months to support its debt capital markets team.
Joel is fluent in English and Chinese.
