Biography

CLAIRE MANSON’s practice focuses on energy and infrastructure matters.

Claire earned her J.D. with honors from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she was an assistant executive editor of the SMU Law Review Association and completed a corporate counsel externship. During this time, Claire also gained practical experience through clinical and judicial work.

Prior to law school, Claire graduated with highest distinction from the University of Arkansas.

Experience

Representative Matters

  • A subsidiary of a fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management, as borrower in a new revolving and term loan credit facility, with Mizuho Bank as the administrative and collateral agent, in the acquisition financing of a 40% equity stake in select U.S. Gulf Coast infrastructure assets from Dow Inc., with an option to increase the term loan if the borrower opts to increase its equity stake to 49% within six months after closing.
  • United Airlines in connection with the proposed merger of Republic Airways and Mesa Airlines, assisting with several agreements among United, Republic, and/or Mesa addressing financial matters and United’s capacity purchase arrangements with those airlines.
