Biography
RYAN PARCHMENT focuses his practice on securities regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Sidley, Ryan was an associate in the litigation group at an international law firm. While there, he represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including several securities class actions. He also represented clients in investigations related to SEC and DOJ inquiries.
While attending Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Ryan served as an executive editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology.
