Sidley Represents Liberty Mutual in US$750 Million Senior Notes Offering

Sidley represented Liberty Mutual Group Inc. in connection with its offering of US$750 million principal amount of 5.250% senior notes due 2036. Interest on the Notes is payable on May 1st and November 1st of each year, commencing on November 1, 2026.
