LEIGH RORICK focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and corporate governance.
Leigh has represented public and private companies in a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and minority and majority investments. Leigh also advises her public company clients regarding corporate governance, SEC disclosure, fiduciary duties, and other corporate matters.
Leigh earned her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and simultaneously earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. While at Northwestern, Leigh was a member of the Dean’s List of both programs, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Leigh graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in economics and environmental studies.
Prior to attending law school, Leigh worked as a mergers and acquisitions business analyst at a law firm in New York City.
