Sidley Represents Steward in Acquisition of Tenet’s Hospitals in Florida

Sidley is representing Steward Health Care System LLC in its acquisition of Tenet Healthcare Corporation’s five hospitals and related hospital operations in Florida's Miami-Dade and Southern Broward counties for approximately US$1.1 billion.
