Sidley is representing Revision Skincare and Goodier Cosmetics (collectively "Revision Goodier"), a portfolio company of RoundTable Healthcare Partners, in its sale to Gryphon Investors. Revision Goodier develops and distributes high-quality skincare products. RoundTable Healthcare Partners is an operating-oriented private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021.
