Sidley Advises Apollo on Its Agreement to Acquire Miller Homes

Sidley is representing funds managed by Apollo affiliates on their agreement to acquire Miller Homes Group Limited (Miller Homes) from Bridgepoint Group plc. Miller Homes is one of the UK’s leading homebuilders, with a focus on building high-quality family homes in regional markets in England and Scotland. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
