Sidley represented Fresh Origins, a LaSalle Capital Group portfolio company, in its sale to private equity firm Sun Capital Partners, Inc. Fresh Origins is a grower and shipper of microgreens and edible flowers for foodservice and retail customers, serving more than 350 foodservice distributors, restaurants, and retailers across the United States. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
