Sidley Represents Audeze in Its Acquisition by Sony Interactive Entertainment

Sidley is representing Audeze LLC, an audio technology brand, in its acquisition by Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC. Audeze is a pioneer of high-end gaming headphones, and the acquisition will strengthen Sony Interactive Entertainment’s efforts to continue innovating when it comes to the audio experience of PlayStation games.
The Sidley team is being led by David Grinberg and Emily Zipperstein (M&A and Private Equity), and includes C.J. Burton, Francesca L. Sadler, and Mariana Orbay (M&A and Private Equity); Stephen M. Fronk, Rachelle Soderstrom, Julia M. Chester, Dusan Clark, and Zach Johnston (Technology and Life Sciences Transactions); Eric M. Winwood, Christian E.
