CHLOE FRANCIS advises a range of financial institutions on UK and EU financial services regulatory matters, including the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II), the Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) Directive, sustainable finance/ESG, and fintech.
Chloe trained and qualified as a solicitor at Sidley’s London office, where she gained experience in the firm’s Capital Markets, Tax, M&A, and Private Equity practices.
Prior to joining Sidley, Chloe held a series of management positions at global investment banks in New York and London. She advised hedge funds and asset managers on portfolio finance and the financial impact of the changing regulatory landscape, bringing a deep commercial perspective to her current work.
