NATALI WYSON represents clients in complex commercial litigation across state and federal courts throughout the United States, with a focus on sports-related litigation, antitrust, class actions, and high-stakes business disputes. She has significant experience representing clients in matters involving alleged antitrust violations, breaches of contract and fiduciary duties, misappropriation of trade secrets, data privacy, employment and wage-and-hour disputes, securities and common law fraud, and other complex commercial issues. Natali’s practice also encompasses internal investigations and advising boards, special committees, and audit committees on matters involving executive and board member misconduct, fiduciary duty concerns, workplace harassment, and various fraud, bribery, and compliance issues.
Natali’s litigation experience extends across industries, including sports, entertainment, retail, private equity, mortgage banking, insurance, and transportation. She frequently secures early, favorable outcomes for clients and has extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution through arbitration and mediation. Additionally, Natali regularly advises clients on crisis management and strategic response in sensitive matters involving public scrutiny or regulatory exposure.
Natali has extensive experience litigating novel and cutting-edge legal issues and helping clients navigate disruptive industry changes. Natali currently represents the Big 12 Conference in multiple landmark antitrust class actions concerning student-athlete compensation and name, image, and likeness (NIL) issues. She recently co-led briefing on a successful motion to dismiss in one of those actions that led to recognition by The American Lawyer in its Litigator of the Week Shout-Out list in 2025. She also co-authored new rules for college athletics being implemented through the highly-publicized “House” injunctive settlement in the In re College Athlete NIL Litigation. Natali was named to Texas Lawyer’s 2025 “On The Rise” list. Benchmark Litigation has named Natali to its 2025 edition of “40 & Under List.”
