Sidley represented ChrysCapital in its acquisition of Xoriant Corporation. Xoriant is a Silicon Valley-headquartered digital product engineering, software development, and technology services firm with offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, with customers ranging from start-ups to Fortune-100 customers globally. ChrysCapital manages US$5 billion across nine funds and is one of the leading investment firms based out of India, with a successful track record of investing in technology, financial, and consumer services and pharma.
