Sidley Represents American Healthcare REIT in US$811.4 Million Common Stock Offering

Sidley represented American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (AHR), a publicly registered healthcare REIT, in AHR’s US$811.4 million forward public offering of 16,100,000 shares of common stock, which includes 2,100,000 shares issued pursuant to the underwriter’s full exercise of its option to purchase additional shares. In connection with the offering, AHR entered into forward sale agreements with BofA Securities, Inc. (or an affiliate thereof) with respect to the shares being offered.
