GABRIELLE FELICIANI focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. Gaby regularly advises healthcare providers, life sciences companies, investors, and private equity sponsors on a wide variety of healthcare regulatory issues that arise during complex transactions, including strategic acquisitions, mergers, corporate restructurings, and other arrangements.

Gaby also counsels healthcare provider and life sciences clients on fraud and abuse matters involving the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, state and federal licensure compliance, corporate practice of medicine, and internal compliance program assessments. Gaby has also assisted clients navigating submissions under government self-disclosure protocols and preparing responses to governmental and private payor audits.

Gaby earned her J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and served as a notes editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy. Prior to law school, Gaby served as legislative director for a Maryland state delegate after earning her B.A. from St. John’s College.
