EDGAR Next: What You Need to Know to Prepare

The SEC is requiring all electronic filers to transition to the new Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) filing system (EDGAR Next) starting on March 24, 2025. While there will be a transition period for existing filers until December 19, 2025, existing filers are strongly encouraged to prepare for the transition now.
