Sidley Represents Locus Robotics in US$117 Million in Series F Funding

Sidley represented Locus Robotics in its US$117 Million in Series F funding, led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and G2 Venture Partners. As part of the financing, Mark Midle, Managing Director of Goldman Sachs, and Zach Barasz, Partner of G2 Venture Partners, will join the Locus Board of Directors.
The Sidley team was led by Alex Temel and William Schwab (M&A and Private Equity), and includes Connor R. McMillan (M&A and Private Equity); Jen Fernandez, James Mendenhall, and Carys Golesworthy (Global Arbitration, Trade and Advocacy); Stacy Crosnicker (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation); and Stephen W. McInerney (Privacy and Cybersecurity).
