Sidley Represents Faraday Future in Milestone US$135 Million Financing Agreement

Sidley represented Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIE), a California-based global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company, in a US$135 million financing agreement. This round of financing is expected to provide the company with the necessary funding to start production of its “FF 91 Futurist,” Faraday’s first production vehicle and flagship model.

The Sidley team was led by Vijay S. Sekhon, and included Feifei Bian, Zachary Shub-Essig, and Jessica Li (M&A and Private Equity); Banks Bruce, Caroline Roberts, and Kendra Smith (Global Finance); Michael P. Heinz (Capital Markets); and Christine Duque (Corporate Governance).
