Sidley Represents Athletic Brewing Company in Its US$50 Million Capital Raise

Sidley represented Athletic Brewing Company, a leader in the non-alcoholic beer market, in its US$50 million equity financing round led by General Atlantic. Athletic Brewing Company plans to use the new capital to drive continued long-term growth, including the recently announced purchase of its third facility in the United States.
