Sidley Represents Noteholders in Finance of America’s Consent Agreement and Convertible Notes

Sidley represented a group of noteholders in connection with a private placement of a new series of unsecured convertible notes issued by Finance of America Companies, Inc. (the Company). Sidley also advised on the Company’s entrance into a consent support agreement with a majority of the beneficial holders of the Company’s outstanding senior secured and exchangeable notes. The consent supports certain amendments to the applicable indentures and related security documentation in connection with the century by the Company of an agreement to repurchase the entirety of Blackstone’s equity stake in the Company.
