Sidley Represents Invitation Homes In US$600 Million Notes Offering

Sidley represented Invitation Homes Operating Partnership LP, the operating partnership of Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH), in connection with a public debt offering of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.950% Senior Notes due 2033. INVH is a real estate investment trust and a leading owner and operator of over 85,000 single-family homes for lease. This deal closed on August 15, 2025.
The Sidley team was led by Jason Friedhoff (Investment Funds), Adam Gross (Capital Markets), and Bart Sheehan (Capital Markets), and included Demetrius Watson (Capital Markets) and law clerk Christine Seo (M&A and Private Equity).
