Sidley advised Proalpha Group on its acquisition of Insiders Technologies GmbH, a specialist in AI-based document processing and cognitive process automation.

Proalpha Group is a leading provider of ERP and business application solutions for the midmarket. This transaction enhances Proalpha Group’s Industrial AI platform and adds capabilities in intelligent document classification, extraction, and mailroom workflow automation.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
