Sidley is representing Church Brothers Farms in its agreement to acquire the Mann Packing vegetables business from Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. (NYSE: FDP). Church Brothers Farms is a leader in fresh produce farming, harvesting, and distribution serving foodservice and retail customers across North America. Mann Packing, a family-owned company, is a grower, packer, and distributor of more than 40 fresh vegetable products.
The acquisition will enable Church Brothers Farms to expand its integrated supply network, enhance the company’s retail presence, and strengthen its ability to serve foodservice and retail markets more comprehensively.
