Sidley Represents Salt & Stone in Majority Stake Acquisition by Advent
Sidley is representing Salt & Stone, a Los Angeles-based premium body care brand, in its majority acquisition by global private equity investor Advent. Founded in 2017 by former professional snowboarder Nima Jalali, Salt & Stone has scaled into one of the fastest-growing brands in the premium body care category, generating more than US$165 million in revenue in 2025 and achieving double-digit growth across channels. Advent will provide strategic and operational resources, as well as access to its global network, to accelerate the company’s growth and strengthen its position in the premium body care and wellness market.
The Sidley team is being led by Emily Zipperstein, Ashley Moulder, and Jon Litsey (M&A and Private Equity).
