Sidley Advised VoltaGrid in US$1 Billion Investment

Sidley advised VoltaGrid, an advanced energy management and generation company, as co-counsel in its agreements for a strategic equity investment from funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and Halliburton Company. The investment is composed of a US$775 million primary capital raise, and a US$225 million secondary purchase from existing investors.
